I developed this program as I was one of many college graduates that had difficultly finding a good job/career after college. This was very difficult for me to comprehend as I had VERY good jobs in grade school (yes grade school), High School, (I had very well paying jobs in High School), and College. I was under the impression that since I now had a B.S. in Marketing, that finding a decent paying job at a good company should not be impossible as I had a TREMENDOUS work history and a college level diploma.
Needless to say, things did not go as planned.
I found it very frustrating as I had a degree in Marketing and I did not know how to market myself after college. Yes, I took the traditional mandatory courses on how to write a resume and cover letters; however I soon realized that I was not taught how to make myself look different so I would stand out. I WAS TAUGHT HOW TO MAKE MYSELF LOOK JUST LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE.
Within a very short period of time I knew that getting a good job was going to be a full time job and this is where my “system” started to really take shape. Over the next couple of years, hundreds of job interviews, and countless sent resumes is where I developed a,
“Perpetual, On-going, Never Ending, Aggressive, Personal Marketing System”.
I first started sharing my system with friends and family who needed it or were just as frustrated as I once was. People could not believe my concepts, they all told me, “You have something here”. Nobody is teaching this stuff and nobody takes this approach to finding a job. People could not believe how fast my name grew in my industry and how fast I climbed the ladder of success.
(Forward 15 years later)
After being in sales, marketing, self employed, and over the past 20 years after college my system has evolved into what it is today. I love marketing and have become a marketing guru. I teach this very system to business professionals, college students, people out of work, people who want to take their career to the next level and various businesses as well. My system teaches you how to look different when marketing yourself, makes you stand out among hundreds of other competitors, and more professional than the other applicants.
After all, isn’t Marketing a way to get noticed so your product gets purchased.

I teach people how to be remembered when the company runs 50 interviews for one job opening. I teach people how to be remembered after a job interview, I teach people how to conduct an interview, how to prepare for a job interview, and most importantly how to be “10 Foot Tall and Bullet Proof” in a job interview. I also teach people how to build a database of hundreds even thousands of people who know who you are and what your all about so they think of you first when there is an open position for a job. I teach people how to be a Master at Networking and how to build long term relationships with people for a lifetime. I teach you how to train people so you have hundreds and hopefully thousands of cheerleaders working for you, to help you find the next level of your career!
Just so you know, I speak with “Head Hunters”, “Recruiting Agencies”, human resource departments, and recent college graduates all the time. (Oh by the way, all love my system. They all say that nobody is marketing themselves this way and that the ideas in my system are incredible)
The bottom line is that today’s job market is beyond hard and almost impossible.
If you do what everybody else is doing, you are going to get the results that everyone else is getting. YOU NEED TO STAND OUT! YOU NEED TO THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX! I have been told that 49% of all people do not like there job and would leave their current job if another opportunity arose. Wow, that is crazy! If you do not believe me just go and talk to some people and ask them if they are happy in their job and find out for yourself?
My heart goes out to the people that live in fear of their company closing or just getting laid off. My system is for these people. They can stop living in fear and empower themselves!
